4KShot is a digital browser extension with optional paid PRO functionality. Refund requests are reviewed according to the circumstances of the purchase, applicable consumer law, the payment provider’s rules and relevant usage or entitlement status.
Refund eligibility
Refund eligibility may depend on the circumstances of the purchase, applicable consumer laws, payment provider policies and whether substantial use of the digital service has occurred. No fixed contractual refund window is stated until a production refund period is configured.
How to request a refund
Please provide the following when requesting a refund:
- The transaction or order reference.
- The email address used for the purchase.
- The reason for the request.
- Any relevant license or activation information, without sharing private payment credentials.

Subscriptions and cancellation
Cancellation of a recurring subscription and a refund of a completed charge are different actions. Cancelling normally prevents future eligible renewals according to the provider’s billing terms. It does not automatically mean a past payment will be refunded.
Payment provider and applicable law
Payments are processed through the configured hosted payment provider. Provider rules and mandatory consumer protections may apply in addition to this policy. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Decision and processing
Eligible refunds, when approved, are processed through the original payment workflow where available. Actual posting time can depend on the payment provider, bank, card network or payment method.
