By installing, purchasing or using 4KShot, you agree to these Terms of Service and any applicable policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
Product description
4KShot is digital browser software for Chrome that provides screenshot and screen-capture functionality. It has no physical product and normally requires little or no human fulfilment after installation or purchase.
Free functionality
Free functionality currently includes core screenshot capture features such as Visible Area, Full Page, Selected Area, Original Resolution, basic screenshot preview and standard download functionality. Features may evolve as the extension is updated.
PRO functionality
4KShot PRO currently includes paid access to 2K Capture, 4K Capture, Scrolling Full Page, Live Annotate and Screenshot Preview annotation. Features explicitly marked PRO may require an active, validated entitlement.
Subscriptions
PRO may be offered as an ongoing monthly or yearly subscription. The price, billing frequency and checkout terms shown at purchase apply to that transaction. Payment is completed through the configured hosted payment provider.
License keys
Paid access is delivered digitally through a license key or related licensing entitlement. You are responsible for keeping the key confidential and for using it only as allowed by the purchase terms. License keys may be validated by Dodo Payments in the current implementation.
Device activation limits
The allowed activation count is determined by the live PRO entitlement configuration and purchase terms. A fixed device limit is not stated on this site until that production setting is finalized.
Renewals
For recurring subscriptions, renewals are governed by the billing terms displayed during checkout and by the payment provider’s subscription records. Review the checkout terms before purchasing.
Cancellation
You may manage or cancel an eligible recurring subscription using the billing-management method provided with your purchase. If you need help locating that option, contact support using the email associated with your order.
Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled under the 4KShot Refund Policy, applicable consumer law and relevant payment-provider rules.
Prohibited usage
You may not use 4KShot to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, bypass access controls, distribute malicious software, interfere with systems, or capture and use content in a way you are not legally permitted to do.
Intellectual property
4KShot software, branding, website content and related product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited right to use the product, not ownership of the product’s intellectual property.
Availability
We aim to keep the extension and related services available, but availability may depend on Chrome, webpages, browser permissions, the payment provider, the licensing provider, networks and other systems outside our control.
Changes
We may change product features, pricing, providers or these terms. Material changes should be reflected in the current published version and revision date.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4KShot is provided without a guarantee that every webpage, browser state or protected content source can be captured. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
Access to PRO may be suspended or terminated where a license is invalid, expired, revoked, refunded, used contrary to the purchase terms, or where continued access would violate law or provider requirements.
